A still-life formed by a vase, a salt shaker, a book and a pestle and mortar, in an environment of neutral giving more space to the objects. Within this simple scene of domestic, highlights the decoration of the vase by geometric shapes and cheerful colors, forming a picture lyric on the surface of the object, here we can glimpse the influence of the painter of barcelona, the geometry and color of abstract artists such as Paul Klee and Robert Delaunay.

The work of the barcelona-based artist Emili Bosch Roger is scattered in museums all over the national territory, due to its extensive and outstanding production. Primarily focused on the landscape, their beginnings come from the scenery to develop subsequently an important career as a painter, being a founding member of the Associació d'artistes Actuals and a member of the artistic group of els Evolucionistes. His work is soaked with influences fauves, cubists, and in recent years he drank of the abstract movement.
