RAMON JESUS VIVES was Born December 25, 1939, in San Pere de Riudevetlles, Barcelona. Has works in museums, private collections and foundations from Canada, the united States, Venezuela, Jamaica, Brazil, Argentina, Morocco, the Netherlands, England, Portugal, France, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Ivory Coast, Peru, Algeria, Egypt, Japan, Sweden, China, Italy, Kuwait, Denmark, Malaysia and Costa Rica. Tireless traveler and explorer, known Spain with all its festivals and traditions, Morocco and Portugal. He crossed the Sahara with the Blue Men. Senegal, Mali, Algeria, Mauritania. He lived for some time in Lyon, Paris, Rome, Florence, la Pampa, Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Caribbean Islands, Ivory Coast, India, Nepal, and the Amazon, between work and travel. 1963 – Exhibited for the first time in the Galleries Coast of Palma de Mallorca. 1964 – Art and Culture Center of Felanix (Mallorca) 1965 – Galleries Grife & Escoda 1966 – Gallery Ebusus - Ibiza 1967 – Círculo de Bellas Artes - Palma de Mallorca one Hundred works made in his workshop in Ibiza In 1968, known in Ibiza to Albert von Korwer, who becomes his manager. From this time all of the exhibitions, editions of lithographs, ceramics, sculptures, enamels and wall murals are promoted by A. von Korwer. From 1979 to 2001 resides in the island of Menorca.
