This dagger Spanish with leaf decorated base with plant motifs intertwined, presents in the area close to the saves the legend “ANO D 1861 ' and, on the other hand, “Fª in Toledo”, referring to his date and place of creation. The hilt of tubular form, and saves it (with left and right corners and a few small decorative lines) bring elegance to the weapon.
The sheath shows no more decorative elements to the bill of material and two metal strips, one in the tip and another in the upper zone.
The steel of toledo and the forging of the same in this city was well-known and very required since the Middle Ages.
