AMI

There were only 12,000 units, In comparison, the model Wurlitzer “Bubbler” were built 115,000 of the same year.

A stunt promo for the jukebox, AMI “A” was the placement of a speaker 15 inches at the top of your cabinet, almost 6 feet tall, so that gives you the ability to “reach out to everyone in the room”.

The jukeboxes of the competitors had the speaker under the cabinet, and therefore all the music only comes to the first table of people before the sound mermara.

To get the music around, the speakers far away need to be put up on the walls, but the sound of the jukebox, AMI comes out on the people and the additional speakers are not necessary.

Functionally, this machine was much simpler than its competitors and capable of sound by both sides of a disk. Although apparently heavy, this jukebox was less heavy than other models

A Total of 20 discs, with 40 selections. Machine that rotates the discs. Small grated visible in the photos.
