This form of leaf is characteristic of parts of southeast asian, where it is called the kris or keris. However, in the West from the Middle Ages, in connection with the fire, its blade mimics. As well, the Baroque period, have been preserved sculptures with this type of weapons, such as a San Miguel against a dragon (wielding his sword of fire).
